This year the National Shield will be held in The Lord Bagenal Hotel, Loughlinbridge, Co. Carlow on 10th and 11th November. Please note the distinctions are on the Saturday and the National Shield on Sunday. If you intend doing a distinction in the future it is well worth going along.
